There are some arcade / live games, however the games that come with the Play Anywhere program are exclusively for W10

The Xbox app was designed to be used on Windows 10 unfortunatly as most of the games that needs the app was designed to be played with that app.

Microsoft are stopping extended support for Windows 7, by 14th January 2020.

As stated the Xbox App and all games associated with it are all based on and designed for use on the Windows 10 system. With Game Pass Ultimate, that extends further to your PC being able to run Windows 10 1903 build, which there are a fair few that can not, as their system acrhitecture/chipsets/graphics cards can not handle it.

The best advice would be to check your system and see if it meets requirements for Windows 10 1903 and download the operating system, or getting a more up to date PC.
