How To Change Number Of Processors Windows 10

Those settings are but for testing and not setting number of processor cores. Your number of processor cores is fixed in Task manager on Operation tab.

Hi Greg

Give thanks you for your respond unfortunately even with the video and all when I get to task manager and go to select affinity it only shows that I have 7 cores non 8. Would y'all happen to know why??

yeah it says that i only have seven "logical processors" not eight

The problem may be a setting in your BIOS.
Start the system and get to the BIOS settings.
Check for any settings such as: "Enable all processors"
