a) Click on outset.
b) Blazon control Panel in the start search bar and and so printing Enter.
c) Select Hardware and Sound choice in the Command Panel.
d) In the Devices and Printer section select Mouse.
e) In the Mouse Properties Window select Pointer Options
f) Uncheck the " Enhance Pointer Precision " and cheque if it resolves the issue.

Though this registry change may not be permanent. The Regkey is under HKEY_USERS\DEFAULT\Control Panel\Mouse set the values "MouseSpeed", "MouseThreshold1" and "MouseThreshold2" all equal to "0" This is the simply answer that I have found thus far that deals with the registry. Information technology may end up however but adjusting exactly what the command panel is changing for your user account in the reg however. edit: ehh just saw that this post is well-nigh one twelvemonth old.. lol lame that the really **** poor public relations blurb above is still somehow "the respond".
